Is Tiny Glade on Mobile? iOS, Android and How to Play It

Short answer: no. Tiny Glade has no official iPhone, iPad or Android version. The game runs only on computers and is sold through Steam. There are still two ways to get it onto a phone screen, and there are mobile games with the same calm feel.

I put this together from Tiny Glade's Steam page, the developer's announcements and the services' own pages; the links are in the Sources section at the end. One thing up front: one of the games below, Kalecik, is a game I made.

Which platforms is Tiny Glade on?

Tiny Glade is a castle and village building game developed and published by Pounce Light. There are no quests, scores or ways to lose: you draw lines with the mouse and walls, paths and houses take shape on their own. As of September 2026, this is where it stands:

Platform Official version
Windows Yes, since September 23, 2024
Linux Yes, since September 23, 2024
macOS Yes, since May 13, 2026, on Apple silicon Macs only
iPhone and iPad No
Android No

Pounce Light hasn't announced a mobile version either.

Where can you download Tiny Glade?

Tiny Glade is sold only on Steam. You buy it on its Steam page and download it to your computer with the Steam app.

The minimum system requirements on the Steam page:

  • Windows: Windows 10 or later, 4 GB of RAM, a graphics card with Vulkan 1.2 support and at least 2 GB of video memory (for 720p), 4 GB of free space.
  • macOS: Sonoma (14) or later, an Apple silicon chip, 8 GB of RAM, 4 GB of free space. It doesn't run on Intel Macs.

Files offered online as "Tiny Glade free download" or "Tiny Glade APK" don't come from Pounce Light. Since there is no official Tiny Glade for Android, any APK going around under that name is either a different app or a file of unknown origin. Installing an APK from an unknown source also puts your phone at risk of malware, so I'd stay away from them.

Two ways to play Tiny Glade on your phone

In both cases the game doesn't run on the phone but on a computer. The phone only receives the picture and sends your touches back. That means you need to own Tiny Glade on Steam first.

Steam Link is Valve's free app for iPhone, iPad and Android. With Steam running on your computer, Steam Link on your phone finds it, runs the game there and streams the picture to your phone. It works best when the computer and the phone are on the same home network.

There's a catch: Tiny Glade's Steam page doesn't list Remote Play support for phones or tablets. The game is designed for mouse and keyboard, so controlling it on a touch screen can be awkward.

2. Use a cloud gaming service

Cloud gaming services such as GeForce NOW and Boosteroid support the Steam version of Tiny Glade. The game runs on the service's servers and you play from the app or the browser on your phone. Your computer doesn't have to be on, but you need a fast, stable internet connection. Tiny Glade joined the GeForce NOW catalog with NVIDIA's September 2024 announcement.

Plans, the countries where each service is offered and the catalogs change over time. Check the service's own page before you start.

Games like Tiny Glade on mobile

If you want a calm, goal-free building game that runs directly on your phone, there are two options:

Game On mobile How you build
Townscaper iPhone, iPad, Android Placing colored blocks on an irregular grid
Kalecik iPhone, iPad (Android on the way) Drawing walls, paths and houses with your finger

Townscaper

Townscaper, made by Oskar Stålberg and published by Raw Fury, has been on iOS and Android since October 2021. You tap to place colored blocks on the water, and the game's algorithm turns them into houses, arches, stairs and bridges. Like Tiny Glade, it has no goals or scores. Instead of a castle, you build a colorful seaside town.

Kalecik

Kalecik is the castle building game I made for iPhone and iPad. It's inspired by Tiny Glade but it's an independent game with no connection to Pounce Light. Draw a line with your finger and a wall rises stone by stone, with towers going up at the corners. Run a path through the wall and an arched gate opens; run it over a pond and it becomes a bridge. You can see your village by day, in the evening, at night and in winter.

Kalecik works offline, with no ads and no in-app purchases; you buy it once on the App Store. As of September 2026, version 1.0 is in App Store review and an Android version is being prepared for Google Play. The store links will be on the Kalecik page once it's live. I also wrote about how I made the game in the making-of post.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tiny Glade coming to Android or iOS?

As of September 2026, Pounce Light hasn't announced a mobile version. If that changes, it will show up first on the game's Steam page and the developer's own channels.

Is the Tiny Glade APK safe?

There is no official Tiny Glade APK. A file downloaded under that name doesn't come from Pounce Light, so there is no telling what's inside; I'd recommend not installing it.

Can you play Tiny Glade on an iPad?

Not directly, because there is no iPad version. With Steam Link or a cloud gaming service, you can stream the game running on a computer or a server to your iPad.

Is Kalecik the mobile version of Tiny Glade?

No. Kalecik is an independent iPhone and iPad game inspired by Tiny Glade. Its stones, houses, sounds and music are generated by its own code, and it has no connection to Pounce Light.
