Parryfall is about timing, not button mashing. Every enemy telegraphs its blow, and the best answer to a blow is the right guard at the right moment.

Execute
The next CUT after a parry is an execution: a finishing strike that can heal you.

Feint
Press guard right as your own attack starts to cancel it and bait the enemy into blocking.

Dodge the red glow
A red-glowing attack cannot be blocked. Roll or leap back instead.

Enemies that fight back
Each foe forces a different answer. Enemies take turns attacking, so you are never swarmed by every blow at once.
- Cutthroat
- Fast sword fighter. The baseline duel.
- Cultist
- Quick dagger, low health.
- Ghoul
- Fast claws, fragile.
- Shieldbearer
- Blocks your cuts. Break the guard with HEAVY.
- Pikeman
- Long reach, keep your distance in mind.
- Crossbowman
- Shoots from afar. Bolts can be parried.
- Berserker
- Fast, heavy axe, relentless.
- Executioner
- Huge and slow, with the most health of any grunt.
- Inquisitor Vael
- A greatsword boss waiting in the Black Cathedral.
Silver, skills and blessings
Spend the silver you earn on permanent upgrades, new moves and cosmetics. In the Blood Moon arena you also pick a blessing between waves.
Skill tree
Four branches: Blade, Shadow, Blood and Sky. Crimson Lunge, Whirling Reap, Riposte Flurry, Reaper’s Chain and more.
Upgrades
Iron Heart (+20 max health), Feast, Light Feet, Second Omen and others.
Armory
Mourning and Pale cloaks, Gilded Blade. Your hunter visibly changes as you unlock gear.
Blessings
Blood Price, Bloodthirst, Quicksilver, Headsman, Thorned Guard and more, chosen between arena waves.
Daily Blood Moon
The endless arena has a daily run. Everyone gets the same seed and two modifiers per day, and the page shows the omens, your best result and the time until the next moon.
