BOINGWARD Support & Help

Response time: usually within 48 hours

Having trouble with the controls, camera, saves or performance? Here are fixes for the most common situations and a direct line to the developer.

1. Contact

For questions, bug reports and ideas, write to the developer directly at [email protected].

Including your phone model, OS version, and which mode and section the problem happened in, plus a screenshot or short screen recording if you can, makes the fix faster.

2. Controls

  • There is no jump button: the pogo bounces by itself on every landing.
  • The fixed stick at the bottom left steers you in the air. Steering is always relative to the camera; forward is where the camera looks.
  • Drag on the right half of the screen to turn the camera.
  • The pause button is at the top right.

3. Camera and Motion Comfort

  • If the camera turns too fast or too slow, change the sensitivity in the settings.
  • If looking up and down feels reversed, invert the Y axis in the settings.
  • If camera motion bothers you, turn on reduced motion in the settings.

4. Saves and Progress

  • Your records, medals, climb progress and achievements are saved automatically.
  • Saves are kept only on your device. There is no cloud sync, so progress does not move to another phone by itself.
  • In the Climb, if you quit you resume where you left off. If you fall out of the world you start again from the bottom; that is the rule of the mode, not a bug.
  • Deleting the app permanently deletes all saves.

5. Performance, Battery and Vibration

  • The game runs at 60 frames per second by default. The 120 option is smoother but uses more battery and can make the phone warmer.
  • You can turn vibration off in the settings.
  • If there is no sound, check the volume in the settings and your device’s silent mode.

6. Privacy

This version of the game never connects to the internet and collects no data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
