Mentioning your device model (e.g. iPhone 15), your iOS version and a short description of the problem, plus a screenshot if you have one, helps us fix it faster.

• Your village is saved automatically after every change; there is no need to save by hand.
• The save is kept on your device only. There is no cloud sync, so your village does not move to another iPhone or iPad by itself.
• When you start a new village, the previous one is kept; bring it back with “Back to the previous village” in the settings (the gear button).
• Deleting the app permanently deletes your village save too.

• Enter photo mode with the camera button; the interface hides, and pressing the shutter saves the shot.
• The first time, iOS asks for permission to add to Photos. If you allow it, shots go to Photos too (Kalecik cannot read your library).
• If you didn’t allow it, shots are in Files › Browse › On My iPhone › Kalecik › photos. You can turn the permission on later in Settings › Kalecik › Photos.
• Deleting the app deletes the shots in the app’s folder; the ones added to Photos stay.

• One finger uses the selected tool: wall, house, tower, nature, path, terrain or eraser.
• Two fingers rotate the camera, and pinching zooms. Put two fingers side by side and drag up for a bird’s-eye view.
• Tap a building for handles: resize it, add floors, change its colors.
• Undo and redo (bottom left) keep your last 60 steps.

• In the settings (the gear button), check that Music and Sound effects are on. Long quiet gaps between music pieces are intentional.
• Turn up your device volume, and if headphones or a Bluetooth speaker are connected, check whether the sound is going there.
• If it still does not work, fully close the game and open it again.
