Golden Pixel Privacy Policy

Golden Pixel does not create a user account and does not send personal information or game data to any server operated by the developer.

In the current version of the game:

• No advertising or user tracking takes place.
• No analytics or profiling services are used.
• No name, email address, phone number, or payment information is collected.
• No access to location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone is requested.
• No advertising identifier or device identifier is used.

So that the game can run and progress can be continued, some information is stored locally on the user’s device only. This includes game progress, unlocked upgrades, skill tree choices, world state, play time, and sound settings.

This data is not sent to the developer and cannot be viewed remotely by the developer.

Deleting the app may also remove the game data stored on the device. However, depending on the device’s backup settings, a copy of this data may exist in device backups managed by the platform provider, such as iCloud or Google backup. Those backups are managed through the user’s platform account and device settings.

Because Golden Pixel does not collect personal data, it does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Downloading, purchasing, and updating the app are handled by the relevant platform provider through the App Store or Google Play. Information that those providers process during such operations is subject to their own privacy policies:

No internet connection is required for the core gameplay experience of Golden Pixel. The game does not connect to an online account or a server operated by the developer.

Game progress and settings may remain on the device until the user deletes them or the app is removed from the device.

Because Golden Pixel does not create a user account on developer servers and stores no personal data there, there is no online user record that needs to be deleted on the developer’s side.

App data that remains in device backups can be managed from the backup settings of the user’s platform account.

If you send an email in order to get support, your email address and any information you voluntarily share in your message are used only to answer your request and, where necessary, to follow up on a technical issue.

This information is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with unrelated third parties. Correspondence records are kept only for as long as necessary to resolve the request or to meet a valid legal obligation.

Golden Pixel does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has sent us personal information by email, they can reach us at the contact address below.

The fact that Golden Pixel transfers no personal data to developer servers limits the privacy risks associated with the app. The security of local game data on the device also depends on the user’s device settings, such as the device passcode, operating-system security, and backup preferences.

If a new feature or service that affects the game’s data practices is added, this Privacy Policy will be updated. The current text is published at the same link and the last-updated date at the top of the page is changed.
