GASGANG Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
GASGANG is developed and operated by Ahmet Balaman. This policy describes the current game and its online multiplayer service. It is separate from the privacy policy for the Ahmet Balaman website.
Accounts and permissions
The game does not require an account. It does not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise location.
Data kept on your device
Game settings, language, sound preferences, character choices and personal best times are stored locally on your device. You can remove this local data by deleting the app and its app data. Device backups are controlled by your operating system and your backup settings.
Online multiplayer
When you choose online play, your device connects to our game server. The server processes your IP address and network connection information to communicate with your device, maintain sessions and limit misuse. It also processes temporary session tokens, seat and character selections, room state, player inputs and shared game state so that players can play together. This gameplay information is exchanged with the other players in your session where necessary.
Service diagnostics and retention
The game server produces operational records such as connection and disconnection events, temporary peer identifiers, room activity and errors. These records support reliability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Live session state is temporary; operational records may remain in service logs according to server log rotation and operational needs. We do not use them to create advertising profiles.
Advertising, analytics and purchases
GASGANG uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for optional rewarded video ads. A completed ad can increase the points earned from a run; watching is optional. The SDK may process IP address (including approximate location derived from it), app- or device-related identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash, performance and diagnostic information for advertising, fraud prevention and analytics. We request non-personalized ads and disable publisher first-party identifiers. The app does not request permission to access the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA). Google may still use other app-scoped data as described in its privacy policy. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for privacy choices before ad requests. You can revisit available choices in Settings → Ad Privacy Options. No third-party mediation networks are integrated. We do not sell personal data.
Support requests
If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate the issue. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or other sensitive information. Email and hosting providers process the information needed to deliver their services.
Children
We do not ask players for a name, age, email address or account details within the game. Do not include a child’s personal information in a support request unless necessary to resolve the issue. A parent or guardian may contact us about information they have provided.
Your choices and requests
Solo mode can be played offline. You can stop online data transmission by leaving online mode. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning support messages or identifiable service records, contact [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records. Available rights depend on applicable law.
Changes and contact
If game features or data practices change, this policy will be updated. Developer and privacy contact: Ahmet Balaman, [email protected].
