Cleanliness and Room Size
First of all, the cleanliness and the size of the room were truly excellent. Since it's a residence-style property, the rooms are far more spacious than standard hotel rooms. On top of that, housekeeping comes every day; so you get apartment-style comfort combined with hotel-level service.
The View Is Something Else
The view is a whole story of its own. Being this close to the sea means that when you wake up and open the curtains, Pattaya's coastline greets you. Sitting on the balcony at sunset quickly becomes one of the most enjoyable routines of the day.
Location: Everything Within a Few Minutes
When it comes to location, few places can compete with this residence:

- Shopping: Right next to the city's most popular mall; you can reach everything you need within a few minutes
- Nightlife: About a 15-minute walk to Pattaya's famous nightclubs

The Pool: You Barely Need the Beach
The residence has a large and spotless pool. In fact, we'll admit it: most of the time we preferred hanging out at the pool instead of going to the sea. And since the sea is only 50 meters away anyway, being able to choose between the two is a luxury in itself.

We were genuinely lucky to find such a satisfying stay in Pattaya in terms of price/performance. Spotless and spacious rooms, an amazing view, 50 meters to the sea, a big pool, daily housekeeping, and a location in the heart of the city... And all of that for just 6,000 TL for 4 nights.
